How To Use A Recruiter Effectively

This office has four locations all staffed by woman who were professional sales folks. They have given me solid career advice and if you follow it (I guess some don't) then your chances of finding the career opportunity are greatly enhanced.

GREAT Recruiting Firm

GrantProSearch is great for the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales professional. She found me an executive sales position with a top company and I have her to thank. She tells you what you need to do to get the job. Some candidates don't want to hear it. But if you are open to advice, LISTEN! She is the only recruiter I would work with in the industry. HANDS DOWN!

Honest Resource For Career Assistance

This company is owned by a woman who really cares about you as a person. I have been in constant contact with this office over the years and have had only the most positive results. Other recruiters are not as honest. At least this firm tells you truthfully what your chances are based upon a thorough review of your resume and skills. While I didn't get a job through them, their help was invaluable in helping me land a job. They seem to genuinely care. This firm hires former sales people (Moms who can work from home) to staff their company. I know some folks get frustrated when someone can't help them or they are searching for something they are not qualified for but at least this firm always tells it like it is. It tough out there and job hunting is hard!

Really good resource for career assistance

At least this firm tells you truthfully what your chances are based upon a thorough review of your resume and skills. While I didn't get a job through them, their help was invaluable. They seem to genuinely care. I know some folks get frustrated when someone can't help them or they are searching for something they are not qualified for but at least this firm always tells it like it is. It is tough out there and jub hunting is hard. They work for free for candidates and tell you what not to do in your career search. Not every job seeking will be happy but I was.

Unprofessional, rude

I have been a hiring manager for years and without a doubt C Grant is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have come across. I'd defenitely stay far away from this out fit if at all possible.

AVOID these people!!! They don't do anything. Hole in the wall 2 man job!!!

These guys are horrible. They don't do anything for you. At least find positions within the industry we ask for!!! Call me back for once!!! Why aren't you returning my calls?!?!?! This place is a 2 man job! No...
